About Me:: I'm retired and a widower. My bride left her body about 9 months ago. I have a history of cardio vascular disease and I really want to release about 40 pounds of fat and up my energy. You may have noticed that Chaya Ryvka and I share the same last name. I'm her Dad. We're doing this juice feast together. It's going to be fun! I can hardly wait to start!

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: Change in blood chemistry. Weight loss. Energy gain. General Detox and resetting my eating habits.

Where are you on the dietary spectrum?: Fast Food, Standard American (SAD), Whole Foods, Vegetarian

Interests (Beyond Nutrition): Windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving, hang gliding, motorcycle riding, kayaking, photography, writing, Metaphysics, Quantum Physics.
