Post feast is going great! both yesterday and today i did a lovely soup! really good and I felt great! the other thing i started eating besides keeping up my great green juices, is eating spirulina powder mixed with a little coconut oil, a little warm tea, vanilla bean, green stevia, celtic salt, and cinnamon! this is what i have been craving the entire feast! and you can make it as thin or thick as you like
Anyway i will keep you guys posted! you do the same and good luck to you guys! Enjoy katrina and david when you see them, im sure your thrilled, i know my dad would be, and tell them hi from me, i always email them! I would love to come to vicotria to meet all of you! Maybe!!

I'm going to write to Bronwyn and let her know that she can order E3 Live frozen, delivered to her door from www.e3live.com. I haven't done it yet, but a friend of mine in Victoria does. Much better than the dried powder, apparently, and maybe less expensive.
