Sleep: 11:30- 8:00- 7 1/2 hours- I felt tired last night but I tossed and turned a while before going to sleep. I also woke up once in the middle of the night, and totally did not want to get out of bed this morning. Maybe it is the rain? Physical: Randomly bloated throughout the day. Gassy (yet it isn't as smelly as yesterday haha), but I feel less puffy overall. Cause I didn't post on day one... Sleep: 11:00- 7:45- 8 3/4 hours- I got super tired last night and laid down at 10:30 to talk to the parents before going to bed. Waking up this morning wasn't bad though. I woke before my alarm even went off and got out of bed after 10 minutes of conscious snuggling ; ]. Physical- Feeling bloated. Looking bloated. Gassy. K,so,Bout gettin published. I ramble twenty pages of wayne-speak... my online editor/writing coach, doctors it, the magazine/publication editor makes it ready for their audience...I'm in! it I am lovin it!
The way you write, puts me at ease about the challenges, and hurdles of such a move(GJF) in my busy world.
Trancparency is what we need. If I see someone after it, kickin it with all they got, and wumpphh! ..it blows up, if they get up, brush themselves off,and go at it again, I'm the winner for their example!
While pursuing, my health knowlege, working in a co-op, going to certification classes, I read many health, and wellness periodicals, co-op newsletters, and specialized...(ie;Diabetes Self Management) magazines. I started writing mock articles as if they would publish them...I got a coupla programs for my computer to make my mental goo understandable to others... I am on!
It is absitively-posilutly-nuckin-futz! It has been the best thing for me, to learn to express myself in a manner that gets the point accross.
Brian Clements, did a gig in the Raw cafe I builtin MA, I went to Hippocrates in Florida, I taught a class, took a class...It was flippin amazin! What I learned there set me up big time! Now this JF...Whooo Hoooo!~!!!

I have had a few majic pops on this juice feast. I really believed my pursuit of vibrant health was at it's crecendo...then I stumbled in to Phillip in the web...then the Juice feast...Now...Your student stomach .... your writing is great! The Raw food world needs your writing...! They are becoming stiff -elitist...almost religious! and Hell?!?!?It seems like the concept makes most of em into food nazi's?!?! Whattup wid at?! So along came the juice feast! I am diggin it big time. So on the top of the list is, I just got published...and that qualifies me to say:"You need more outlet"! It's was like breathin ocean air to read ya!
My editor cajoled me...;-} I feel as individuals, we need our "Drop Dead Fred's"... I have been invited to write for another health publication...Whoo Hooo!!!! one more way to pay it forward!
This culture of people"RawFoodist's" is very much at the mercy of it's teachers... You could write some realtime versions of this stuff in articles!
For instace, I have a booklet out "Chef Boy R Duh". I print em. It works for my demos, and purposes. Your student stomach ramblins are just what beginners need. Pontificating to beginners!?!?? Ummmnghgh!?!??
So... The Global Juice Feast! The Juice a day...I have been on. The next 30 days of the feast, 2 a day...3rd...3! I think that's the only way I am gonna do this... I took some great advice,by reading others comments, blogs, discussions, I acted on it.. it's doin it's job!! I ain't inta failin. An I got way too much spring in my step, to ever get wrecked!

lots of my time has gone into my juice feast, which i am enjoying....its nice when you can give your body that gift...im working from home so its been working out nicely...ive been preparing my juice, hanging out in our garden, doing all the other counterparts to the cleanse,(which seems to be alll day), going on jogs, subathing,(cause its been in the high 70s here!! hot!!) and I've been designing an organic line as well, which I'm really excited about!!! im happy to hear your enjoying your break!! nice!!
