About Me:: I am 48, ready to start a New Beginning!! I have been studying raw food for over 6 years...trying to overcome the battle of this horrible American Lifestyle that has brought me ill health. I am a new grandmother, to my beautiful grandson Ryder. This is why I moved back to Texas from Beautiful Taos, New Mexico. I miss Taos..but family comes first. I am getting ready to go through a divorce so my new life begins with this incredible journey of Juice Feasting...and I want to Thank Angela Stokes, from Rawreform.com she is my inspiration and also Heidi from Raw Food Right NOw!! May we all succeed and bring enlightenment to others as we enlighten ourselves. I also wanted to say I am the mother of two wonderful spirits, my son is 17, my daughter is 27. Namaste'

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: Transition over to a Raw Food Lifestyle. Regain my health back from Type 2 Diabetes, and depression !!

Where are you on the dietary spectrum?: Standard American (SAD), Whole Foods, Vegetarian

Interests (Beyond Nutrition): Making candles, Aromatherapy, Off The Grid Living, Nia, my cats, would love to travel more if this life allows me...teach people about alternative lifestlyes that are good for them and the planet.

Favorite Books: Charlotte's Web , The Celestine Prophecy, 1984, all of Angela Stokes E-Books on Raw Food, there are too many to list.

I am getting in the swing of things and I am getting more and more juice and just a smidge of food now (no major eating, just bites). It has slowed the detox I am sure but I don't give up easily. Today I am a juice feaster!

At 9:50pm on February 29, 2008, Celissa said…: I have had a telephone consult with Angela before...I just love her..unfortunately I have stillbeen going back and forth and messing up with my cooked food addictions....but NOW I AM DOING THIS !! My health is at stake seriously....so I have no other options...the first few days will be a challenge..I have juice fasted before...just focus your attention on positive thoughts..try to stay away from anything tempting...like tomorrow I am working on my visionary board and I am also making a visionary journal in my feasting journal....so I can pull it out and look at whenever I need too...and I am with FLOW today.. :) so my energy levels are definitely sluggish...but bring it on Sista....I am ready !!! This is so kewl...ladies after we do this or even maybe after 30 days of doing this...we can get together for a meet somewhere...between Tyler and Houston.... I just have to trust those that have done this and follow the plan. While it won't be easy it has been tested. I have decided to hire Angela as a consultant through the "Feast." I have my first appt. with her on the 10th. I am looking forward to that.
