I had 3 prunes this morning then I will move on to a smoothie.... I am sooo excited about this phrase...My body has been crying out to me.... wanting solids,,,so I finally listened... YEA!!!!! I want to THANK YOU ALL for all your HELP!!! I could not have done this without ya'll......Thank you for being there for me and cheering me on... I wish you all the best..... ya'll are all so very courageous!!!!! sending HUGS to all!!!!!!!!

DAY 100 for Lucy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the triple digits!!!!! YEA.... I have decide to end my feasting sooner rather then later.... now I would like to get to 108 days then be finish. I am ready to move on to 3 or is it 4 means to get my greens.... i had too much fruit juices for awhile and i really need the greens more than friuts...I am ready for the next phrase of this.... so many changes.. what a gift this has been.,,,this has been life changing for me... i am ready to move forward to the solids... have been for awhile..L… Continue

Day 95 for Lucy

Everything is sooo very interesting....Where did the time go.. The past few days I have been in huge detoxing phrase... I am seeing more and my gifts are getting stronger as i continue juicing,..The gifts I use to bury with food... I having to take it slow, which can be hard for me... I am sleeping alot right now, which tells me again my body is in a healing phrase..going inside alot... i am loving my life... thank you all for being here.. today is 92!!!!!!

Yea I made it.... and I going to keep on juicing for awhile... still detoxing.. getting more greens, YEA!!!!! still juicing alot of watermelons... and started back on MSM..without getting into to much details... I still have the bacteria in my blood, but the wonderful news is that it is slowing way down, going dormant... the medical field treats it with 6 months of antibotics off and on the rest of your life,, which I did 4 months and thought I was going to die.... so I would like to keep juicin… Continue

Day 90

Weird day for me.. Still detoxing alot... headaches and shakie on my feet when I get up to fast. Shakieness had not happen in a long time..Need to got more greens in.. just hard right now.. I could have over done it on day 89.. Felt sooooo good.. went to my yoga class that was very firey... then that afternoon did part of a tae bo dvd.... too much.. Yea, next week sounds good to me. Do you have any time on Sunday, Monday or Tues? Those are my days off. I have an appointment Tues and I forgot the time, I'll have to check on that!! Or......maybe after work Thrusday or Friday. I get off at 5:30.

Ya know.... I have been thinking about raising our vibration with all the juices and cleansing. I think this is a preperation for more Universal shifts that will come. We can talk later about this.

Today was my fist day of low energy. Ugh. I got to work at 12:30 and was so tired and unfocused. I fixed a drink of superfoods and that really helped. Boy was I glad.

I am still not liking the time it takes to juice. And the fact my kitchen is overun with bowls, strainers etc. Oh, well.

Call me and let's figure out a time to get together.

I am raising my 4 year old granddaughter and she is very needed so I have not had much time to research. I also am not sure what I should be feeding her while we are on the feast I know she can have lots of the juice. In fact carrot juice and goats milk helped me with her when we first got her. So I am waiting to hear back some answers.
