Are you also juice feasting? How is it going for you? I think that if you do not want to lose any weight - you can add more coconut butter to your juicefeasting... coconut butter mixed with bee pollen and raw honey.... yum... it;s so delicious!

This seems like the perfect time for taking in new transformational opportunities and ideas and allowing a new version of ourselves (god/goddess nature) to emerge. I watched the webinar the next day and really liked it, especially enjoyed seeing that some ot the churchy-type people are evolving past their narrow viewpoints, looking to Oprah to lead the way. Are you writing in the workbook and all?
