About Me:: I'm 38 years old and committed to changing my life for the better. I go to gym daily and am looking forward to finally living the lifestyle I have long envisioned - high raw! I would love to start a family soon! My Juice Feast started on 1 February 2008 and I'm still going strong!

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: I am looking to heal my binge-eating and addiction to junk food. I know that this will start my weight loss off nicely and improve my fertility. I also foresee emotional healing taking place, because my normal way of dealing with things, eating, is being taken away!

Where are you on the dietary spectrum?: Standard American (SAD), Whole Foods

When our bodies are healthy, and our hormones balanced, there is no reason why we can't have children later in life! I am glad that juice feasting is bringing you clarity in that decision.

In a way I think it's quite important for us, the people who are passionate about health and nutrition, to have children who can carry this message even further.
