- I want to rid myself of the blackhead acne and bumps on my nose that I've had since highschool and the puffy circles under my eyes that I've had since childhood. I want to let go of the mucus in my body and brain that has stored all of my pent up suppressed emotions - anger, fear, etc... especially from childhood and my teen years! I just want to be my authentic true pure tender gentle self.
