What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
I've been off and on raw foods since September 2007. I just did the master cleanse and I hated it! I had no energy so I stopped after 15 days. I want to do a transformation and feel better about my body. I hope to do at least 60 days of a raw juice feast. I want clearer skin, more confidence, and most important: be happy!

Yes, feasting is great. One day at a time, indeed. And walking is totally valid exercise! We walk so much in NY as part of just getting around, and write it off as nothing, but it IS something, so don't feel badly if you haven't been a superhero on the running trails....
Eating has been wonderful post-feast, and even if I did overeat a bit yesterday, my choices now are so informed that it doesn't take me out of balance at all. I have never eaten so many greens in my life!
Enjoy your week to yourself - a rarity!
Marathon training and a juice feast! Looking forward to seeing you accomplish your goals. Be sure to keep your volume up. I find with all of the running around we do in this crazy city 4 qts wasn't enough--and with marathon training. Well, I think you will be juicing a lot a grapefruit and carrots!
Hi Sarah,
Sweet blog!
I tried/hated the Master Cleanse, too. I felt it was super unbalancing. I only made it 7 days and stopped when I turned grey! This is 1000x better! Green green green! I hope this is an excellent experience for you - keep up your volume of juices, and the exercise! Enjoy!
nice blog, very honest. It's great that people are figuring this stuff out so young, congratulations. It took me forty two years and I've been battling since then for six.
All the best on your cleanse, be strong.(at least for the next 92 days : )
