Thank you for all the support!! I've made through a couple of rough days and am feeling much better. It's truly amazing to go through this transformation. I am so surprised at how easily hunger can disappear yet the craving to eat is so very persistent. It gives the saying mind over matter a new meaning! Well, Day 8 is starting out beautifully and I have every intention of enjoying each delicious minute!
Thanks a great attitude to have. Just think of the wonderful release you are going through. Every moment is getting better and better. No matter what the symptom, you are cleansing and clearing all past garbage from you life. : )
Oh yeah, one more thing....be sure to take an enema. I took 2 whole bags earlier today and felt much better. So I'm thinking that the irritability could be the tiny voices of the exiting toxins. I put a heater in the bathroom and really just relax, pad the floor, make myself comfy. After that I really wanted a full-on skin brush and a hot hot hot bath with epsom salts, so I am thinking that whatever you are feeling is just the exiting toxins, so just ease them on their way with a enema to say bye bye to the sludge. I felt much better. Keep feasting with us, hon!
Hi Gina: I noticed a few cranky/irritability particles in my little universe today, too (people seem short-tempered). So could be something in the macro universe. I'm just keeping my head tucked in and powering thru. Juice to the rescue. :0
Gina, I LOVE what your wrote in your profile: shifting your outlook to one of "boundless joy and beauty"! Me too! And I am feeling it! Day 8 for me and I am definitely in the flow of cosmic grace and abundance, love and beauty, and feeling the connectedness with all that is. People are smiling, the birds are singing, and we are living in a field of limitless potentiality as we express our co-creativity .... sending love to you! Happy you are feasting with us! Kyra
Day 5 and still going strong! My family has been so supportive of me, even my cynical father-in-law has refrained from making any negative comments. I feel great, my mind is clearer than it's been in a long time and my body feels free. I am having very few detox symptoms in fact I've never felt better, does that seem strange? I have to admit yesterday was tough as far as wanting to eat, but I got through it. Today I enjoyed a wonderful yoga class and now my husband and I are going out to spend some time together. We will be going to the local juice bar for a treat of some wheat grass juice!
Well, I am wrapping up my first day of feasting. It went great, but I am expecting it to get harder before it gets easier. My kids are very curious about what I am doing, it will be interesting to see how they react as this adventure unfolds. My husband is very supportive but it will be tough once the word gets out to some other family members who are not as open minded.
