What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
Firstly, and most importantly to release old unhealthy eating habits and therefore physiologies that lead to lowered potential. Sort of a chicken and an egg situation, but these eating related blockages have made me feel inferior, unconfidend in my field of work and always an excuss to take the leap that i need to into my career.
I know its very exciting right? I'm jumping around for joy AGAIN...- you see I completed a 30 day Juice-feast this past January!! my JF blog...http://raw-chi.blogspot.com.
Please do not be nervous- Just think -of the healing thats going to take place...its going to be great!
mmm lets see so many questions....
I have a regular blender of 7 yrs!!! which is what I used for my first juice feast and it did the job just fine, its a little on the small side, so I was spent extra time making my juices for the day, so this time around Im getting a bigger one. My juicer of 2yrs which I purchased from Breville JE4 I do not have the budget for a Vitamix right now but there are some affordable good ones out there on the net.
I get my supplements from various places online or in the US. Here are some good websites:
Shazzie's
www.detoxyourworld.com ( I get their coconut water) mesquite/maca/agave nectar/spirulina/nutrient dense green powder and other supplements. NUT BAGS are a must! The products are really good and delivery is usually within 3 days.
Best to shop around online there are others. Go with whom-ever you feel drawn to.
Hello Zoe! Lovely to connect with fellow Londoners on this magical journey...I used to work for Wholefoods (Fresh and Wild) and to be honest I think if you can , it is best to buy direct from the farmer's markets, quite simply for the quality. I make two trips a week to the market, with a suitcase. I get hardy greens like spinach, kale and romaine to refrigerate and carrots, beets, fennel and apples which keep in my backyard. I save a fortune, know I am hand-picking my produce and above all, know that I am not giving my money to a supermarket but directly to a face who cares and appreciates your custom and who throws in a extra head of celery for nothing but a smile. When are we all going to meet for slap-up juice? x
Yes! I have been dying to meet people that I can do that with. Lets both ask the various organic companies if they do anything of the sort. Plus, any place that does veg must also end up with produce that is just past selling point but still good. I reckon we can get our hands on those tails we can get them for a great discounted rate. Shall we ask around for that aswel. I work right above Whole Foods, so I will go in there and ask. Where do you live/work/reside? and the others in this group in London? where are they all based?
Oh this is getting exciting. I am nervous. but soooo ready for the huge changes it will allow!

Hey Zoe,
Yes Ive been toying with the Idea of ordering via them too! Normally I get my produce from the Farmers Market; during my last feast the owners used to joke with me- that I should invest in a sleeping bag, as I was always there! he he he. Not buying in bulk involved countless trips as I was only able to buy for 3 days at a time as I travel quite a bit. mmmm I'm also considering if there are a few of us we could go together to a farm and buy in bulk for cost price?!......
Hi Zoe,
I wanted to welcome you to the group! I see your in London too! Are you juice-feasting right now? Im initiating a juice-feasting group in London, would you interested in that?
