I am 50 and have 4 children, youngest is 15, 1 grandson 2 1/2 years old.
I am a bus driver with a daily school run and a colonic therapist in between.
I've been looking at the 'food thing' for a little while now. It seems the more I learn the less I know! I'm interested in trying out the juice feasting and look forward to experiencing greater energy levels and monitering how well or not, I cope.

Oh thanks for the quick reply. Sounds like your schedule is as choka as mine. I've got exams etc through-out November, but early December would be good. I'll keep you posted. I've made a pact with myself not to get end-of-year fever or go overboard with non-meaningful Christmas expenses this year. Defeats the whole purpose of "holiday". Anyway, looking forward to coming down - can you believe that I've never been to Thames!?
Hi Eleanor! How are you dear lady? Hope your garden is flourishing down there in Thames. Mine's a work in progress :-) I've been working at a colon hydrotherapy clinic for 3 months now and have been having lots of treatments too, so going through another dimension of detox/change (you'll know all about that). Maybe we can meet for a coffee, tea or swim this summer. All the best to you and your whanau, Lisa x
Oh thats a shame we won't have a chance to catch up this time, but I go down the line to the Eastern Bay of Plenty quite often (via Waihi) as my older boys live down there so definately in the future. Wow lucky you to be heading south. Are you spending the whole 3 weeks in the Malbourgh Sounds? Hope the weather is as beautiful down there as it is up here. I really love this time of year.
I'm finding juice feasting to be very up at down so far. I have good days and bad as you may have noticed, lol :-) I try not to think about the whole 92 day thing and just concentrate on today, otherwise doubt creeps in rapidly. These past few weeks have flown by in a blur though.
Anyway, yes I hope to come to Thames before too long - I've never been there before! Will be good to meet you in person.
Have a wonderful trip and thanks again for all the support, I truely appreciate it and it DOES make all the difference.
Lots of love,
Lisa
Hi Eleanor,
Oh I hope that your family are ok. Never mind about the JF - priorities eh. Anyway, even one day of JFing is beneficial so you must have done great things for you body in the last 13 days.
Hope you keep in touch along the way.
Lots of love to you and your whanau

Hey there Renata
Yeah watermelon is so good I have it often while its still plentyful and in season. I did want to see how far I got with the juice feasting program but as I said all is not lost I will still continue to juice.
Ka kite ano (see you again)
Eleanor
oh my god!!! You are very strict to yourself my dear!!! I am eating watermelon every day!!! When i juice watermelon there is no pulp!!! So it is 99percent water. So i concider that like part of a juice feast. You are amazing!! I also juice every day at least 2-3 litres.I am off from real juice feast....but i dont eat anything else except watermelon and some raspberies or papaya.so still very very good!!! I have been at bikram yoga today after 3 months because i had big problem with my lower back and i am pain free now and wanted to see if i can continue with yoga as i love it.I must tell you my class was amazing!!! Even after 3 months i had enaugh energy to go thrue whole class without any problem!!! I was so so happy to feel that way!!! I consider that like a huge improovement because i remember how low on energy i used to feel at yoga classes before.
Kindest regards Renata
PS. Watermelon is now so amazingly sweet and cheep...so we should enjoy it!
What a lovely surprise to hear from some one in N.Z. I have to confess that although I have enrolled in the juice feast I am not actually participating.I am following how things are progressing and making note for future reference.
I have improving my eating habits for some time now but don't feel I am quite ready to take on the juice feasting. I read quite a bit on the subject of eating a raw/living food diet and quite comfortable with the concept but believe a slow methodical approach will help with the transition. My lifestyle is not quite accommodating for the feasting, not to say I will still strive to make it so.
Ohhh I know what you mean about the food tempting smells! I'm still making meals for my daughter of course - yummy vegetarian dishes - falafels tonight YUM YUM YUM! Sorry to talk about food! LOL!
Congratulations on your new grandson. Hope mum and baby are both well.
I'll check out your workplace website soon - thanks for that. Good for you to have such access to colonics.
And yes, I definitly feel "flat" if I don't drink enough juice too, then get into a cycle of lethagy and can't be bothered making more! Back on the straight and narrow today tho - just about to make my 4th litre. Had some mango juice today - that was REAL good - smooth and super tasty.
Take care xxx
