About Me:: 36 year old property developer who has been "into" nutrition for about 18 years. Have been to Tree of Life and done various fasts and cleanses now looking to take things to a "whole new level". Have decided that as each day on the Feast can "reverse" 120 days of bad living, I calculated that the 92 day Feast would reverse about 30 years. However, I want to reverse my whole life - i.e. 37 years so calculated that this would mean a 112 day Feast. Bizarrely, by starting the Global JF on 1st March 112 days took me to 20th June - my birthday - coincidence, synchronicty or a message from the Universe???!! Regardless - that's what I'm doing - 112 days.... here I come (and luckily my partner - Andy - is up for giving 92 days a go too - how cool is he?!)

Re-connect with my spirituality
i.e. a TOTALLY REJUVENATING OVERHAUL!!!
