About Me:: I live in Paris where I give non violent communication workshops and raw food classes. I discovered raw food in Hawaii where I lived for one year and just love this way of eating, it feels so right !! I would love to keep on learning in this field cause I am so passionnate about it. I would also love to take some classes in the tree of life rejuvanation and come to the raw spirit fest in october.

I missed the global juice feast community ?

I am back from a 2 weeks trip on the road through France and it feels so good to be connected again to the people and the energy of the global juice feast. I am realizing how precious is this community (sharing, education, support, belonging etc. on the real things that matter : vibrant health and energy !) Hugh breakthrough and healing !!

It's the first time in 37 days that I am posting a text on my blog. I kept myself from blogging because of many fears and wounds : a lack in confidence in my written english since it's not my langage, a fear of sharing my vulnerability and above all a hugh wound of rejection and separation. don't worry about the feast, travelling makes it difficult. I am still doing it but not sure if I will go the whole 92 days. I will be staying at the Comfort Inn in Sedona its 1 mile from the festival. Check out www.travelsupermarket.com there are some cheap flights from London to Phoenix.
