Hi there! I'm a 30 year old female, mother of a 6-year-old girl, who was diagnosed with Wilson's Disease last year -- a rare, genetic disease where your liver can't flush copper out of my system -- hence it accumulated in my brain, my liver, my eyes etc. -- giving me a whole range of weird side-effects, including terribly shaking hands voice dysarthria (like a barely audible stroke victim) no stamina, no balance, and the list goes on and on. I've been steadily improving after having a great deal of the copper chelated and now I'm blocking the copper with zinc acetate.

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
The Wilson's left me with fibrosis/cerohsis of the liver from the copper. This deterioration has stopped, but no I want to reverse it!

Hi Bronwyn, just want to say that I followed your juice feasting journey and think you are a wonderful and brave women to take your health in your hands. You had great results and I look up to you. I'm starting my 2nd juice feast today and just wanted to reach out to you and say hey former juice feaster!! ;)
hey bron yep still going! day 14! really struggling with feeling tired...was that a problem for you? its tough i am working 6 days a week and taking a pretty intense course and feeling like i can barely keep my eyes open half the time. seven is pressuring me a bit about protein intake....although so supportive and tends to make my juices for me more often than i do! but still concerned. i am taking spirulina but not bee pollen as i have an allergy to bees so not sure if i want to try it. any suggestions? i am still not at my 4 litres a day and honestly i am sure that is part of the problem but i just cant seem to do it...hmmm anyways...apart from that my stomach issues are feeling so much better, my skin is breaking out a little....but not bad at all, and i think that is probably a detox reaction. anyways...i am home from work today as i hurt my back quite badly yesterday lifting an animal, so i am just drinking juice, studying and taking it very slow! how are you? yay about starting a 3 day feast! good luck! do you still drink juice every day? are you on a raw vegan diet tottally now? how are your food cravings? i am interested as i am really hoping to break some of mine-i.e.sugar and carbs mostly. i ordered "the complete book of raw "the other day which i intend to mostly follow once i am finished the juice feast. i really am committed to getting off soy as well, but curious when you have a moment...what does a day of eating look like for you now? soy products(tofu and tempeh and soy milk and icecream, cream cheese, sour cream) they really made up such a big part of my diet over the past 5 years. there are lots of things about soy i do not pollitically agree with(genetic mod, massive overprosessing etc) as well as it really is so hard on my belly . i need to stop eating it. but it also is a big protein source for me. anyways...lots of questions for you! whenever you get a moment. sending you love...xo
hi lovely..well off to not such a great start on my feast! first day i planned to start was two days ago and woke with the most obscene headache that lasted two days...it was weird and awful and painful, so needless to say i postponed. So today is my first full juice day, cept...i am having a really really hard time with the green juices. they get my gag reflex going! i have only thus far drank an pineapple, carrot orange and an orange grapefruit lemon. so in total only about 2 litres or less. and its 5 in the evening. i cant bring myself to drink the beet spinich celery concoction awaiting me in the fridge. the other day i juiced up a spinich swiss chard apple and that was OK but a struggle to be honest. do you have any helpful hints for me? feeling kinda rotten about doing so poorly on my first day. tommorow i am setting a goal of 1/2 litre of green and work my way up from there. oh blah...any words of wisdom...+yummy recipes would be so appreciated right now...xo
Hi Bron! oh my gosh trying to find mason jars in this country has been a ridiculous adventure, but alas! today i came across an alternative. I am still waiting for my juicer to come in the post. i was so hoping today when i got in from work it would be waiting for me, but nope. tomorrow! it will arrive i just know it! oh i hope i hope i hope. I am so keen to get going. I am really excited! I have been watching the victoria juice luck vids and i am so inspired. I wish i had a group of people to do this with! I can see how motivational it can be...but oh well. i will draw upon all of your experience.so hopefully bron, i will start in two days!! so...can i ask you a few questions? how often did you do enemas? how much water a day did you drink? oh rats i had another one but its gone...anyways...how are you? xox
