- I am 35, in great shape and great spirits, though I was just diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes after my second pregnancy with gestational diabetes. I have heard, and have a friend, who reversed diabetes with a juice feast, and I am on board, going for it, and dedicated to turning this around, resetting my body, and continuing to live healthy for the rest of my life.

- I live in a small high altitude mountain town and love any sport or activity that you can do in the outdoors. I also grow food in the summer, do yoga, bike, ski, soccer, climb mountains, hang out with my kids, write and run a green building business.
