Work is very physically demanding so juicing and trying to take it easy was not working out. I've been on a modified feast.... with salads and light eating items for the past month. My hubby won a trip to the Caribbean for a work related thing.... so we are going there mid June for 1 week. I think I will start again when I get back. Round out the rest of summer on juice.

I don't get here on this site much anymore but if you leave me a message I will come back.
