I wanted to drop by to see how your juice feasting journey's been going. It's hard to believe it been 40 days. Happy Juicing!

Yes, I found it very useful to have things like spirulina, bee pollen and so on while juice feasting - I didn't usually eat them in the kinds of pastes I am now though, on my once-a-week mini-feast juice days ;) I tended to just take them here and there, as I recall...you can check back through my blog from those days to see exactly what I had each day - http://rawreform.blogspot.com. I think the oils, powders, pollen etc can be VERY helpful. It's all MAINLY abt giving the body a break from major digestive work, after all and switching the focus to elimination instead. All those things - spirulina, pollen, powdered seaweeds etc - are easily used by the body - they don't tax the digestive system much and they give you MASSES of nutrients and a fair amount of calories too...
