About Me:
I am totally blessed by my inspiring, creative and loving family and friends, and excited about participating in this juicefeasting adventure together...

About a year ago Kat and Hezi returned from the Tree of Life in Arizona more beautiful and glowing than ever (if that could be possible!?). They came over to our house and uncooked amazing raw delights for Ayrie, Finnerty and I, and completely inspired us with what they had learned about the life transforming possibilities of raw food.

I've been about 70-90% raw since then but now I am ready for a shift on a deeper level through the cleansing/clearing possibilities of juice feasting.

Dear Constanze,
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you shared in all the juiceluck videos. Hearing about and watching your journey has been exhilaratingly inspirational. I also think its AWESOME that you are a gardener and that you are car free. Your and Ayrie's garden looks simply gorgeous! I admire the way you are living and the choices you are making for yourself and the rest of us. Thank you.

I read the brine ingredients to my olive tub and they are olive oil, water, sea salt, red wine vinegar. Seems pretty darn raw to me -- the one thing could possibly be the red wine vinegar...but red wine is a fermented product...so it's likely safe -- but regardless, it's billions times cheaper!

I truly appreciate your comment. I am beginning to realize that I do this for everyone as much or more as I do it for myself. It gives me great incentive to push on.
