About Me:: I'm 25 years old from Ottawa, Canada. I first went vegan almost 8 years ago. I had just turned 18 at the time and decided eaitng meat did not fit with my values and ethics. I went vegetarian then, and two weeks later decided to cut out dairy and eggs. I was severely lactose intolorant at the time, and used to be sick every 2-3 days as a result. Since then I've been vegan. That being said, veganism still allows you to eat some pretty bad stuff; french fries, deep fried stuff, chocolate, crisps, etc.

When I turned 19, my psoriasis got really bad. I had always had it - a few spots - here and there. However, this starting affecting all areas of my body. I became self conscious about it. It definitely had a big impact on my life. I started with creams; steroids and vitamin A. I moved on to UV treatments and tanning. Finally I decided to give chinese herbal medicine a try. I tried Essiac, Acupuncture and even high doses of zinc, tumeric and countless other things. The only thing that seemed promising was the pagano diet; healing from the inside out. At the time, I was a flight attendant. Minimizing exposure to toxins and sticking to a diet through jet lag and foreign countries wasn't very easy.

This is why I'm juice feasting; I believe in the whole 'healing from the inside out' theory. I believe that JFing will also help me transition to a healthier form a veganism; whether that be raw or not.

I began my juice feasting journey on January 14th. My JFing will end on April 14th.

Isn't it just befitting that on day "69" I would come up with one hell of an orgasmic juice? *giggles* I came up with this quite by accident but it tastes just like that really awesome fruit punch you used to get as a kid.
