I am a 38 yr. old single mother of 3 amazing kids. I live in England. I hve struggled with weight since I was 12 yrs. old and although in the past years I have not had much in the way of emotional hangups about it, I ended up very low on energy, spiralling weight up and down dependiong on my mood, chronic IBS, a short temper and a feeling of being overwhelmed in general yet still getting on with life. e.g. functioning chaos. I am ordained as a Buddhist nun and am currently doing a degree in Religion & Theology.

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
The word religion means "to reunite". The deeper I go in my studies, the more I crave a deeper experience of religious living within the bounds of raising my children. And so I have embarked on this Juice Feast on many levels: health and religious. I am struck by the Essenes of the 3rd century Egypt and their promotion of eating raw. So here I am on Day 5 of my Feast (April 25th) and feeling AMAZING. I am very excited to find out more as I go on this journey......And so, I really see the highest aim of Juice Feasting/raw living as being wholly Religious in nature.

I love Tony De mello, he is incredible, I listened to a whole lecture series by him many years ago. So glad you brought up his name, as I like to listen them again.
