Thanks for the shout out... I think your juicing and co-op idea is amazing. That is what grabbing the bull by the horns is all about. Taking action and making a change. Kudos and blessings!

Gawd Bikers! Whew Whoo! Well, over the weekend...I got to hang out and rap on juice...with Jesus Freak Bikers. Gotta say that :"a few had a look in their eyes, that I too "felt" when I first heard of the "RawLife". The interactions were great. I have heard ya can lead a horse to water but ya can't make em drink... I say: "hell ya cain't, salt his oats..."If I live my love for life so intensely, that others desire what I am after...now that's inspiration!
I have shifted my course on my feast, to the next level, and am now pushing for more liquid. My friend Philip McCluskey has shared so much of his experience and knowlege with me by email, and we have so many things in common...that I feel I am ready for Phase II. Auditing his progreess/success with this GJF, has given me the confidence I have needed to embark on this feast... I have allready had 56 days of adding juices to my day, and juicing things I have never juiced before... making combos I have never heard of... going days on just juice..unprecedented ;~} I am lovin it.
I am starting CSA Produce co-op here, so that we can have a Juice Oasis! in the middle of this food desert I live in!
I am hoping Jah send some help! Y'all keep up the vigil! Peace, W
Thank you, sweet friend.
Did you write it?
Blessings
I was 80-10-10 mostly last summer/winter so that really helped when I transitioned to juice. Hardly any detox. I've read Angela's blog and I have a plan for breaking the JF. I will check out the Lake and see about making my way out there soon.

Yah gal! da bubble will take ya down....pop it, get out...stretch! fun outside...Ummnnghg doggie fun?!?!? Google Lake Lavon...some places are cool, some... eh?! Maps are free, Park rangers are cool about questions...there is also a park near Parker Rd there I bike train in...forgot the name...at the moment. I usually pop into that fiesta right there, and go bike... I have biked all over in that area, I don't care for street biking...23 days left JF'n ? ...watch how you break your fast. There are many videos, and writings on this.. (angela stokes is a good one...;~} I like Prof. Arnold Ehrets approach in the "Mucousless Diet Healing System" the best and what I will use , unless a better philosophy displaces it...
I know that the 3 herbs Gymmenna Sylvestre, Licorice Root, and Dandelion Root, help with the cravings for food in all the other "rawventures" I have taken. They are what I am gearing up to use, as I progress into more juices a day...I am right now day 52 of my progressive feast...I am at 3-5 Litres a day...Fixin to do a herb cleanse,I am going until I'm 54...the end of June. I will take some chromium p daily , and take each seperate herb for a 7 day cycle, then switch.Keep up the vigil, it'll pay... I kow from experience "Nothing tastes as good, as vibrant life feels!"
