Hey Lisa
Great to hear from you! I never thought to go through the JF site to get in touch, good work.
I'm pleased to hear you are working at a colonic clinic, cool. Where abouts in Aucks?
I would like to make a time and catch up that would be great. What is your schedule these days? Probably weekends would do it for me, my weeks are full.
We have much to share and talk about.
Eleanor :)
Hi Lisa!
60 days! Good work! You look amazing! I bet most can't believe you have teenage children! Wow
I'm really hoping when I embark on a juice feast I'm able to stay strong and see it out.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
X Sarah
Hi nice to meet you. Your garden is amazing.
I also love the course of miracles. Have you ever read journey beyond words. Like the easy version but so powerful. I am all about easy.

At the moment I'm on a high-live food-intake ("diet"/lifestyle), including about 3 green juices/blends per day. I'll probably juice feast when I have enough greens, carrots, etc growing in my garden.
Are you juicing?
I hope you're doing well with your diet/food/juice intake.

Hi lisa,
just quick replay today...Yes I managed my bread eating finaly and I am very very proud of myself. It is 7 days I didnt eat any and I dont miss it any more.My bloating is gonne and my tummy is absolutely normal...i didnt drink enaugh water that was a problem.I am actually a more skinny than i want to be...must excercise more probably. But i am feeling great and love juicing.I will try camomile enemas, thanks for the tip.Good idea.Dont worry about info about suplements...i am not the best friend with suplments so I think i will not add any more at this stage. For some reason my stomach doesnt like any greens like chlorela or vitagreens or even spirulina. So i stop to buy them. After reading 80-10-10 you will be same.:-))
Very very warm regards and have a great week.
I am still loving your blogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Keep your great job up.
