Still juicing! I'm so excited.. Today I received an upgrade kit for my Solostar juicer to the Solostar II. OMG, what a difference! It seems to squeeze way more juice out of veggies and it doesn't make any mess. It's fast and just an all around much better design. Now I love my juicer! Well today is definitely better than yesterday. I tell you if it wasn't for the wonderful support on this forum I might have given up yesterday. I had several discouraging relapses. My joints started hurting again.. hip mostly. Also the acid reflux is back. How can you get acid reflux on a juice feast? I found myself craving crazy things like pasta. Not any great astounding change to report but that I'm feeling more positive. Energy is good but not where I want it yet. I seem to have a pattern.. 2 -3 liters of green juices and 1-2 liters of fruit. Which reminds me.. I wanted to ask.. what happened to watermelons??? I can't believe I just finished Day 10. I'm encouraged to go on. This morning honesty as I was making juice, I was thinking maybe this is enough for now and I can go on raw foods for a while, but as the day went on I was astounded at how much energy I have!
