About Me:: I am a nurse. I have been toying with the raw diet since last June, I have had great success and lows when my ugle old habbits have reared their heads. I am so excited about juice feasting and having energy while cleaning my body.

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: I am looking to loose bad eating habits for good. I am going to have possitive thinking and claim my prize! I am going to clean my tissues and cells of my body and start a new life. This fast will kick me off to a 100% Raw living diet and life style. I will come closer to my Lord and Saviour, God!!

Starting a little late - Day one

Ok so I'm starting on March 4th instead of 1st, but better late then never. I feel ready agin now. So far I have had enerfood green mix. I need to go the the grocery to get some veggies. My goal is to really focus on drinking more. I found that in the 7days I feasted in Feb. I was only drinking mabe 2qt and not enough water. So here I go and its great doing to w/ everybody and being able to watch the google videos.

Day 7!!

I made it to day 7!! My first week down and I feel litterally a 100xs better. I can believe its only been 7 days! Go get it!!

Day 3

I woke up early today around 630am, which is very rare for me but I just wasn't tired! Although I did not get out of bed until around 7am : ). I have been feeling rested in the morning but I due get sleeping in the afternoon early evening. I'm not sure what I will juice today. Day 2 juicing

Well I found out about juice feasting Monday from the RawReform web site( that I also just found). I was feeling really bad monday, having stomach pain and just lethargy coming off a 3 day 12hr night shift. The idea of juice FEASTING inspired me, so here I am. I could not wait until March to start the transformation. I started on Tuesday Feb. 19th. My first day of feasting was good. I was tired and had a hard time consuming all my juice.
