I currently live in Southern Oregon. I have recently discovered the amazing world of nutrition and it's importance. Because of this realization I have completely changed my diet from one consisting mostly of processed dead foods to one of living foods.

hey, so half way through a feast are you noticing any weight changes, lack of energy? should i even start it, i am wondering because i play tennis competitivly, im wondering if i should wait for season to end?
