I've lived in 3 different ski areas, and in Aspen 23.5 years. After 32 years in the mountains, I'm finally seeking warmer weather. I'm very young looking at age 61, and plan never to retire. I want to live to at least 100, and am looking for a new/final career in this new raw foods industry. I have a Master's degree from UCLA in Kinesiology/Psychology/ Biology and plan to start educating myself earnestly in as much scientific nutritional info as I can possibly absorb. Today is Day 19 for me. I'm so excited.
Location
Aspen, CO.
What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
I have asthma and candida in my lungs/sinuses that has been developing over the last three years. It is very difficult to stand and talk at the same time. Also, there is the start of osteoporosis, itchy skin, memory difficulties, back pain, shingles on butt, failing reading eyesite, and addiction to chapstick (since age 12). I want all of these problems to disappear -- 100% health!

Hi Terry. Sorry I haven't responded to you before now, but I had missed your response to me on the Post for "Joining 3 Days Late" (or named something like that).
Anyway, that is great that we are only a couple of days apart. I have been loving my juice feasting but the last couple of days I have really been having cravings for cooked food - foods that I haven't eaten in over a year. Detox maybe?
Anyway, it takes me about an hour and 15 min. to make 4 to 5 quarts of juice a day using my BlendTec blender and nut mylk bag. I have a juicer but it just took so much longer and I love doing it by this method. Most days I make all of my juice in the morning so I am not in the kitchen every other hour making juice through out the day.
I can relate as you stated in your bio for "memory difficulties, back pain, failing eyesite, and candida" and I have always struggled with addictions as well. I, too, am hoping for healing.
