I've been struggling -- up and down -- with the juice feast...modified juice feast. Finally, last weekend I realized I no longer enjoy the sugary and starchy foods I had been eating. However, I buy them out of habit and eat them for the same reason. Today is my fourth full day of juice feasting (not modified). Have you seen the group that JS and I created? If Juice Feasting is too much for you, there is always modified juice feasting, which involves as much juice as possible as well as adding in smoothies and salads, or whatever you make it!
