Interests (Beyond Nutrition)
Sacred Geometry. Energy. We are all magnets. I attract people to me. Just like you have attracted me to you right now. We all do this. Our emotions are our guides in this attraction. Our emotions can guide us or lead us astray I believe. They are a homing device for other people with the same emotions and thought patterns. Like attracts like. We attract to us--- What we put out-- The life experiences we have had-- and will have-- and are having-- confirms the beliefs we convince our self of, or have direct experience from. To attract conscious people we stay conscious. I invite those to my page that come from (relate with) their authentic power; who are consciously aware of their connection to source. Those humble and heart felt beings-- and those that have glimpes of this way of running their energy. I want to meet people that can admit they are scared, mad, shameful, frustrated --these are our sign posts, our teachers. Admitting we feel these emotions is like walking a path into the darkness, feeling those fears and going down that road even if we don't know then, where it will lead us. If we walk through, rather--feel through, we realize those emotions are tied to past events that wounded parts of us; then we re-member those parts of us that were fragmented in the past. We are able bring it all present and we will know that we are here now. The feeling is elation, ecstatic and joyful. Liberation. I want to meet people that are in the process of setting themselves free. The truth is, if we stay conscious we will all be doing it for the rest of this life time. It's like the sea. Some times we are at the top of the wave feeling invincible and with out warning it can crash down. It is all flow. It is the high and lows of life. It is what makes us hu-man. I want to meet people in this stage of their life. As I am here now.
Favorite Books
I had been reading A Course In Miracles, I recently let someone borrow it. I think everyone needs to open it up to a random page at least once a week and read. It feeds your soul and helps you remember your true self. Lately I'm reading magazines more than books. Ready Made Magazine Rocks.

Excellent Films
August Rush, The Labyrinth, Waking Life, Powder, The Matrix, The Secret, Forrest Gump...there's more I just can't think of them!
In theory, yes... I'm taking hemp oil. In practice... not as much as I should be. I keep forgetting to take it. Freud would probably point out that I'm forgetting to take it because subconsciously I hate the stuff. Yuck!
Hey there, I have been doing the salt Flushes also because I haven´t found an enema kit yet, I think those will be better too.
I wish you an amazing JuiceFeast day #6!!!!!

You can go to Euphoria and there is another place further up on Main Street, can't think of the name. It's a market and they juice everything. Of course there are Jamba Juice's around if you wanted to go that root. I think Juliano's probably has juice too. I'm not in Santa Monica much these days.
Hey Carmen -
Wow your write up is really bang on. I'm not sure if we know each other - but we do - I am there, I am here. Ups and downs and learning to honour every step. It's so freeing.
So yeah - great to meet you.
Happy feasting! Talk to you soon perhaps - ;)
