About Me:: I have been raw for six years. I will be 68 years young on may 2 of this year and love the feeling of being healthy and not having to depend on presciption drugs.

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: I am pretty detoxed right now and just want to see how it compares to water fasting. In the past i have water fasted every week from Sunday night till tuesday morning. And then 18 day water fasts in March,June,and September.

Relationship Status:: Single

Where are you on the dietary spectrum?: Raw Vegan

Interests (Beyond Nutrition): Toymaking, photography, woodcarving, gardening, traveling.hiking, camping, foilboating.

Favorite Books: I am a bookaholic but I think Education of Little Tree is my favorite, I also enjoy the nautical series by authors Patrick O'brian and Alexander Kent.

At 4:01pm on July 8th, 2008, Papajoe said…: Today is day 93 for me. Tomorrow I start a 21 day green smoothie challenge. I didn't notice that much change with the JUICE Feast. I think that I have reached some sort of plateau. I was watching a dvd presentation that victoria bentenko gave on green smoothies.to CHI in mich in 2004. she said that her family had reached reached a plateau and by going to green smoothies they had broken it. The last two weeks I have added a liter of rejuvac to my juice diet. I have been 95% raw for about 5 years now and go into detox mode of sneezing if I even taste dairy. or meat of any kind. I have enjoyed the Juice feast and have to pay in order to continue in the green room. Good luck to all the Newbees and all of you who are struggling through detox. The only symptoms I have had is a rash on the back of my neck and right shoulder. for the past week.

Hi, my name is Joe and I am a Biblioholic.I read everything, even soup can labels. When I drive I listen to books on CD or tape. Subject doesn't matter. I read five or six novels a month and if I am interested in something I research it to the fullest.I get rid of a lot of books and tapes by sending them to VA hospitals and the troops in Iraq. I retired from the Navy when I was 37. I was an Electronics Technician. I'm a Viet Nam Vet. I started college when I was 35 and received an Associate of Science in Voc Ed teaching Electronics while I was in the Navy. When I retired I went to school and received an associate in Business Administration and Accounting. When I was 52 I went back to night school and received a Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education From Armstrong State College in Savannah and was certified to teach 4 through 8 In Georgia and Florida. They had a cut back in teacher's about that time. I was working full time Maintenance at Job Corps in Brunswick at the time. I got divorced, quit my job and started contracting home repair and maintenance jobs with a friend of mine. My mom died in 2002. My dad died in 2004 so I took my inheritance and brought a half acre of land with a double wide trailer and a two car garage. To years later I brought the mobile home parts store and started my 13th year of business on Apri 1 of this year. I share expenses for our family home in Manchester where my sister lives.

Here's a clip from Wayne's World...would really like to hang out...I have other questions about these things. I shop in an asian mkt... I eat only plants... I am looking into these items that you have practical knowledge of...
