Well as most of you who have read my blog postings know, I dislike the green juices. A solution would be to incorporate greens into my fruit juices, which I do anyhow, however the sugar content is affecting my body negatively and thus I need to learn how to appreciate and enjoy those green juices. Today I juiced a bit of swiss chard, celery, cucumber, ginger, carrot, green onion, and a red bell pepper. I had pineapple juice this afternoon before work. I'm at work now, but I fully intend on making myself a citrusy green juice when I go home in a half hour. Citrus fruits just go so well with the greens. I've subscribed to some meditation podcasts, which are amazing. So far so good~
