What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: Help me get through some things I've been numbing that come up after eating really clean & detoxing for a few weeks, I tend to sabotage my progress when I have to face these things, having this to do will help me break through this I am hoping.

To detox & clean out even further than I have over the past 2 years of mostly raw foods.

Where are you on the dietary spectrum?: Raw Vegan

Well, my first day a few days ago ended up being a solo attempt... today was the 1st day of my 2nd juice feast & I realize, having just finished a lengthy feast, perhaps I wasn't taking this one seriously enough - so I decided, this one is even more serious & beneficial to my health... serious in terms of how I view it & making sure I honor this feast & not just throw away the possibility for more healing by eating a salad because I just did a feast. Day 1

I have been thinking of starting another feast for the past few weeks. I know I have more to cleanse & feel that doing it now as opposed to a few months or a year from now would be easier. I am thinking that a 50 or 60 day feast is in order, perhaps the full 92 if I feel I need even more cleansing. It's so good to see so many people in various stages of the feast here, posting & blogging. What a great source of inspiration & motivation.

Day 112 - eating

I ended my juice feast over the weekend. I had the number 111 in my head for a few weeks, but then thought i would just extend it further as long as it seemed like the thing to do. I ended up breaking it by tasting some dehydrated crackers I was making for someone & just decided to do it right & start with a few blended smoothies & today I am adding salads back. Day 108

I think today is day 108 - I haven't really been counting & it's getting difficult to remember. I'm feeling great & have been detoxing even more the past week. I think this is due to finally drinking at least 1.5 qts of green juice daily with some hemp seed oil. I had quite a few weeks there where I hardly had any leafy greens or any oil & I kind of felt like my detox had stalled. Day 86

I am blown away it is already day 86. I have had a really hard time finding anything new or relevant to say regarding my feast as I have tried not to think about it too much, and focus more on tyeing up some loose ends & working in my garden. In my last few posts I have mentioned that I hadn't been drinking enough green juices & wanted to make sure I would get in at least half my intake as green juices. Well, I haven't accomplished that. I've been procrastinating, as I've continued my research on this. I'm already doing salads and one or two green drinks a day, but feel I'm ready to take the next step.
