Have been making juice every morning ... I only end up with 1 to 1 1/2 quarts ... how do you actually make 3 - 4 quarts in the morning? I know - a lot more veggies!
I've been using 1 head of celery, bunch parsley, cucumber, 2 apples, bunch of spinach. Is it best just to double up on all these ingredients? I know that I'm not using 2 lbs of greens yet ... that might help some to get the amount up.
perfect way to phase in ... i added green smoothies and juices to my diet for about two weeks before actually diving in ... it works on a lot of different levels, especially forming the habit of shopping and planning for the time it takes, etc. Then there is the stocking up on items like mason jars if you need them, etc. welcome to a juicy summer!
