What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: I am looking for a wonderful vitality, clarity, and joyousness, not to mention looking younger, dropping all excess weight (relatively speaking not that much), and opening up my life, my heart, my world...in other words...miracles! I do believe in miracles!!

Interests (Beyond Nutrition): am interested in Slow Food, alternate economies, gardening, composting, xeriscape, having a wild garden ie not all bare earth and neat rows, (but still a novice at it all) love Bioneers (check it out...bioneers.org) cats, cooking, food, and the magic of juice feasting!!
