About Me:: I am just wonderful and blissful and SUPER excited to be here and NOW in this very moment.
I have a lot of talents, goals, hobbies, interests & skills. An eclectic gemini who has searched for the TRUTH and (for me) the search is over! The struggle has ended. I have arrived with feathers, LOVE & juice. I AM THE TRUTH!! *and you are too!
I have had the absolute pleasure to apprentice at The Tree of LIfe and David Rain was one of my teachers. He is the most passionate & tender man ever! I feel so blessed to be a part of this feast.
He is a man with a plan and he worked his plan. I've got to hear form him about the juice feast about the idea to do it gloablly and everything else that has manifested. It is a beautiful thing.
I was even at a super Cacao party the evening He told Angela Stokes about 92 days of Juicing- and then boom- her book. What a lovely resource. She has a Jucie Feasters Handbook at Rawreform.com
I talk a lot. I feel a lot. I say only what I mean and mean what I say. I love everyone. Everyone is me!

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: I intend and am inspired to unleash the prison I have developed around root and second chakra. My whole mid-section feels numb to its true feeling and I will reclaim its innocence thru rest and ease of digestion.
For so long I have used food and the overconsumption to stuff down any and all feeling EVEN if blissful. Cleanse & Rebuild.
Also I am creating a space for my colon to rest and be able to move old things thru so that I may feel vibrant in my stomache area and not be bogged down with constipation..
About 7 years ago I lost arounf 50lbs. I feel the excess toxic weight on my body now is old fecal matter & emotional stuff so this juice feast will help detox and rebuild my cells shedding toxic weight I may be holding onto.

Where are you on the dietary spectrum?: Whole Foods, Vegan, Raw Vegan

Interests (Beyond Nutrition): Dancing. Fashion. Photo shoots. Boys into their feminity. Color explosions of all sorts. Writing. Painting. Thrift stores. Business ideas. Burning man. Travel. Super cool dinner parties where everyone has to feed one another.

Favorite Books: Anything by Osho. The tree of Knowledge & The 7 Spiritual Laws of success really opened me UP about 10 yrs ago.

Favorite Quote: It is one thing to SEE the light-but to BE the light is a whole other thing. Do it! Dream it! Be it!

Love- Love -Love is in the Air

Love is in the juice, our breath and our hearts! I love you ALL! Day 27 and still Shining! I am not drinking nearly as much juice as recommended. I have been doing about 1 1/2 Qts and feel the need to do about 2 or 2 1/2 of just greens for awhile. Perhaps the 4 qts will be what I need if only doing greens. I am into dandelion kale, dill, parsley and lemon. I have also found some fresh tumeric that I am excited to juice as well. That's all for now.

Zany Juicy cool
