Wow I'm quite fascinated by your orange juice feast. I have read that Storme from "the garden diet" drinks A LOT of orange juice also. I look forward to taking the time to read through your blog soon. Best wishes from Down Under (NZ)

Yes I am enjoying a delicious organic pineapple juice as we speak.
Are you still on orange juice? and if so how long will you stay on that for.
I'm afraid with my very dark monitor I can't read whats written on your page so I apologise if I am asking questions you have already answered.

thank you for your comment.
As some wise soul once said 'The mills of the Gods grind slowly'.
I think that cleansing and elimination is an on going process.
Each time I cleanse, I feel much better and there is less elimination.
However daily stress, environmental pollution, pesticide residues and chemicals in our homes and
work can all add to the body's toxicity.
A regular juice diet can be like a service for a car,
regardless of the condition we endeavour to keep our car in ; it still needs a service!
Have a great day,
love from Anne XX.
Peace to you Fruitbat,
Jimmy
I started for Lent.
I feel great and strong and happy.
