I did the juice fast last year. I am so excited for all of you! In a way I wish I was joining you all on this one but I have other trails to explore. Right now I'm eating raw with no overt fats for the 40 days of Lent. After that... hmmm... not certain yet but feel that my dietary life will include wild greens this spring and mostly juicy fruit.
I am interested in seeing if the consumption of the same food items in their whole form, with the exclusion of all else will have the same glorious effects that 92 days of juice had last year.

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: I experienced a renewal of my emotions and a youthening of my entire body. I hit the wall on day 34. My face almost fell off and my legs didn't feel like working. I persisted and that is when a new life sprang forth.

Interests (Beyond Nutrition): Music, natural living, gardening, breatharianism, roller-skating, finding God within and beyond, Qigong, I currently live in a hand built timber frame cabin in the mountains with no power or running water, I wash my dish in a creek 30 feet from the cabin, I will be living in a dome/yurt this spring and want to build a recording studio/meditation room in a tree-house, hydropower, bicycling, electric cars, many, many other things.

Favorite Books: Don't have a favorite. I like 80-10-10, Anastasia, Currently reading Man's Higher Consiousness by Hilton Hotema

I hope you don't mind but I've quoted you on my blog from you "rock-bottom" day 34. I don't feel like I've hit a wall yet, but do sometimes wonder whos face that is looking back at me in the mirror. I'm glad to have the reassurance of someone who's been-there-done-that. Thanks again for the inspiration.
