Would be nice to achieve great results, but we all know it takes commitment and - let's be honest - I am not sure I can do that.

Hi Irina,
I just joined the Boston Group.I am a newbie in the juice feasting field so I can use lots of support.I just did a juice feast for 1 week and then stopped due to some detox experiences. I will prepare myself better for when I start the next one..
Yes, you do seem to have a very hectic day. And you seem to be handeling it very well. Too bad your hubby is not a bit more supportive... but I am quite certain that as soon as he will experience some health issues... he will be right there asking you to make the juice for him to!!!
I wish you the best of luch!
I am also hanging in there... but since I live by myself I do not have anyone taunt me with food.
It has been very cold here and it does not look like it will be warming up any time soon. There are tons of snow everywhere.. and it is not really melting... I think in Alaska the weather is warmer than here!!!!
Have a great evening!
P.S. have you been watching the videos on this site? I really enjoyed the one on enzymes...
Irina, thank you for your note. I am glad you chose to eat healthy in spite of your family not understanding it entirely. I am sure if you persist, you will be an example to them, and one day they will 'see the light' as well...LOL
How are you doing? Are you still juice feasting?
It is still quite cold and freezing here... looking forward to the srping and wamr weather sooooo much!!!
Hi Irina, Thank you for your advise... nice to meet you!!!!
I wish you good luck with your juice feasting. Are you going to do it for 92 days?
I wish you good luck with being a raw vegan.... is your family raw as well?
