What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?: I look forward to improved health, and weight loss through Juice Feasting. I will be curiously watching to see what effect it has on my skin tags, age spots, and overall health.

I just love this photo. It is one of those photos that captures for a moment the beauty of life. This is my youngest granddaughter Alyssa, now 7, lying on a quilt I had just finished for my oldest son. It is actually a heart quilt - but when we realized it looked like wings, we just had to take this photo of Alyssa.

I expect that all of it will grow. Mint is pretty agressive. Just water it a couple of times this week.

All the mints are really yummy in juices, smoothies and salads. Also great for tea!

I got all my mint planted today. The peppermint isn't looking very happy but the others look fine. I hope that lime mint grows quickly. I want enough for some juice!
