Ok.. I just started my juice feast today. For the last 2 days I had plenty of juice but not only juice so today is my first official day.
One of the main reasons for me doing this is that my acid reflux has gotten SO painful in the past few days that I just feel desperate.
This morning, with the very first sip of juice.. the painful reflux started up. I heard that celery helps a lot so I had lots of celery juice in the last couple days. Nothing seems to help. It just hurts! Has anyone else had this experience? How long does it take for it to subside?
Anyone?
