Bronwyn & Mark - why 108 days? I have been considering 111 days, why would 108 be better?

108 is a very spiritually significant -- google number 108 and read the wikepedia definition! I'm sure you'll be covinced!

Congrats to everyone who got to day 92, if you didn't no big deal, its not a competition.

I feel great and am planning to go for another 2 months, at this point it is easy...no carvings, really connected to my body, incredible energy and sleep.

I have done the full 92...before that I did a one month juicefast in January.

Again, the hardest thing is the beginning, one-week, start of juicefasting, after that its smooth sailing, at least that is what I found.

And it is not a competition, I am just listening to my body, not that bs idea of willpower. Juice as long as you can, if you can't your body is telling you something.
