I had a chance to watch a video series about the Gerson Therapy, David had mentioned it in one of his videos.
I was surprised that they were against alot of juicing of veggies and the only thing to be juiced is carrot and apple. The videos are over 10 years old and I am curious to know have they made any modifications since then.
Also, they are big into potassium, I was just wondering what fruits or veggies would be good for potassium intake?

There are tons of fruits and vegetables that have lots of potassium for you. Apricots, Broccoli, Carrots, Dates, Grapefruit, Mushrooms, Oranges, Orange Juice, Raisons, Spinach, Prunes, Sunflower Seeds, Sweet Potato, Tomato, and my favorite Watermelon.
The best about all of these listed here are they are also very low in Sodium.
I've also provided a great link with the amounts of these fruits and vegetables you should take to get the amount of Potassium you need.
