We have those periods all of us. My best advice is to try to keep it as interesting as you can. Try a variety of different juices, drink those things you that may crave, try to listen to the intuitive force in the body. That will become purer and purer as you continue on this thing. When it does start to become pure, it will tell you exactly what to drink and when. Then you give the body what it needs and you will feel satistied. Try to make it through the first 3 weeks. They are often the most difficult when a part of the mind is rebelling against not having its favorite solid foods.

Wanted to add.... Vitamineral Green and Earth (Health Force products) for me have really turned the tables on my juice quality---- in a great way. I love their products... and (I know that earth is not recommended until later in the cleanse because it is more of a re-building formula) BUT I have put a scoop in my juice and I'm on day 22.

Celery (of course!)
Cuke
Spinach
Parsley (I max on the parsley, it's my fav. juicing green)
One apple per quart for mild sweetness.
Plus a root veggie if you wanna throw one in (ginger, I like)
I try to keep the juices not too sweet...
Or have just one sweet quart per day (I found for me that I have to dilute the sweet juices and then I can have them without having blood sugar over 100 in the A.M.... being RAW I think I put myself in that too-many-fats-and-sugars blood sugar thing....
Sometimes, if our BLOOD SUGAR gets too high, we actually crave ...something other than juice.
LASTLY, here's a tip I discovered yesterday.
Making just Celery and Cucumber juice and sipping on that... very very soothing.
And the "only cabbage" stomach easer.
I was actually going to stop yesterday at day 21 and then now I have a renewed vigor! I'm GOING for it.

I'm starting day 15 right now. I have to admit I have been cheating a bit in the sense that I've been taking adrafinil + nodoze some days to keep myself awake, and today for instance I had a cup of black coffee. The nature of my work regularly puts me into places where I cannot leave all day and the food inside is all solid and cooked, so I sometimes have to starve (I cannot always bring along liquids or powders either). Pretty restrictive, so sometimes I have to cut corners, otherwise I simply cannot stay awake, and I can't simply bring all my juice with me as it would lose its potency after a few hours from its creation.
Down something like 10 lbs. I need to get my bowels moving though -- barely any movement these days. I'm not using enemas but really should, I just don't find them appealing. I am, however, looking to get some hydrotherapy this weekend. We shall see. After 15 more days I'm planning to go back to a raw, but solid, diet, so I can start working out again and put on muscle. I simply can't wait around for 90 days for detox, it's just not practical at this point in my life.
