Also Congrats on the Raw Food Chef Certification..I think that is awesome..Forgot to share that I am currently on day 18 of my 30 day year end feast. So far I've maintained the weight loss and I believe its due to the periodic feasting etc. However, I feel so amazing having a daily juice it definitely has improved my workouts. Wonderful to hear that your family joined your health journey!. My family is slowly attempting to make changes to their diet juicing for 2 weeks etc. I can't wait to hear about your plans now that you've obtained your raw chef certification..so exciting. Lastly, I am returning to school myself in holistic medicine it will be an amazing adventure to learn real science.
Hey Jalaska! Great to hear from you..Wow its been a long time since we our feast...I too returned to working out except now I run apprx 3 milesday. I could not do that before the feast. Also, I periodically juice anywhere from 2 days - 14 every 2-3 months etc. Its a great maintenance plan for me. Keep in touch...
I'm Debra m. I've been following your juice feast from the start. You are so motivating and I'd love to hear how you're doing post feast. I tried feasting and never made it past 8 days. I'm going to give it another shot now that the weather has warmed up and I feel I'm more mentally prepared to go through with the feast. I've been reading some good books lately that you might find interesting. 1) Your Higher Consciousness by Hilton Hotema and Quantum Eating by Tonya Zavasta. Although these books do not discuss juice feasting per se, they really make one think about modern man's obsession with food and that man is not made to eat as we do. Your Higher Consciousness discusses Breatharianism, which is something you've come very close to with your juice feast. Hope you're doing well. And how do you like your Walker juicer?
Ha-ha Glad you enjoyed my post feast menu! I did the 5-6 days eating light and then kaboom! Thank goodness I have the desire to reign myself back in; thanks to 3 months of feasting! Emotionally, I am more present and keenly aware of how I feel at all times.
hey ya no worries on the delay, perfect timing actually. so just a few questions, how was coming off the juice feast for u, what type of things did u experience both physiclly and mentally, and what were ur eating patterns like post juice, how long did it take u to have a bm, im having problems still with the gas and having bm's without the help of an enema which sucks because i dont think caring around an enema bag everywhere i go is proper edicate lol. please help me out girl. and im about 2 weeks post feast right now. thanx

Hey! Yeah, the E3 is amazing. I started taking it earlier in the year, well before this current JF, and I could almost instantly see a difference--in mental clarity most especially, but also appetite control. I primarily like spirulina for the taste, but I also like that it has such a strong nutritional profile--I know all that natural protein has gotta be good for me after a hard workout.
Happy Sunday, I am enjoying your videos/widgets, thanks for posting. The pictures are from Mendocino beautiful coast. I am considering feasting for 100 days really enjoying my transformations.
no way am i doing another juice feast hahahaha, maybe a mini one for cleansing, like a week, but that will be months from now, i have to keep my eating in order. i made a bunch of food for the next week in the dehydrator, but i find i really crave green juice, so i have some everyday, that is a good bonus..:)
The juicer I have juices carrots and celery and the like pretty well but does not do so good with leafy greens and wheatgrass. Is there one juicer that does well with both? Or do I need one good juicer for carrots, celery and such
and another for wh…
I just started my first juice feast 14 days ago with the goal of 92 days. This is sooo hard. I have considered a modified version but Im not giving up yet. My weight has been dropping a little fast. I didn't have much to work with in the first place…
Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
