Ugly Betty Nod to Raw Food
Okay I normally don't watch the tube ...but I'm glad I did today.
An Ugly Betty character is now eating raw foods, sharing his positive ideas and wearing love beads around his neck..(Huge thick beads)
When offered his usual muffin, immediate he throws it in the garbage stating it's toxic ....I laughed out loud...
It made me realize how much I've changed and how funny I may seem to friends/family who knew me way back when.
Cool reminder to keep a big sense of humor, understanding and love for the world around me.
