girl on a mission
a really nice day with lots of juice. i'm low on my organic produce stash but i'll wait it out until my next cases arrive friday. that probably means a one-day fast come thursday.
the wait will be worth it, though. i have this on the way: spinach, celery, carrots, romaine lettuce, apples.
my body is reshaping again, which is a nice surprise. and my mom says my face is too thin. at the same time i'm experiencing a few mild cravings -- for bread/carbohydrates mostly. hm. the juice doesn't really stave off those pangs. so i'm having to draw on sheer will power until i can find the right combo of nutrients to satisfy those feelings.

quart 1+ 8 cloves garlic, grapefruit, heaping tablespoon wheatgrass
quart 2+ 7 cloves garlic, grapefruit, heaping tablespoon spirulina
quart 3+ strawberries, heaping tablespoon wheatgrass
quart 4+ strawberries, banana, heaping tablespoon spirulina
quart 5+ strawberries, banana
quart 6+ just the juice
other nutrients
quart h2o w/teaspoon msm, squeeze of lemon
chlorella
