The past few days I have been out at my mothers ranch. Thanks gawd she had a juicer.
I had celery, bell pepper, lemon, cuke, red leaf and romaine delish!

Fruit pop cycle: Does this count as raw juice…?? ekkk I needed a different taster in my mouth!
I am here one more day, so things might be a little off.

Day 15 July 14th

After receiving one of the best massages ever, I drove back to Sun Valley Idaho, so there wasn’t much for juice. I feel good…mellow…ready to start hiking again and drinking lots of greens!
What’s with the severe cravings for ice cream? Should I start to add hemp oil on a regular basis?
It was interesting today….going to the movies, walking through restaurants….smelling rich foods….noticing what people were lovin’ on their plates the best. It’s funny what people in the general public consider a nutritious meal out isn’t it? Looking onto open court yard dinning areas, I see families gathered together in the “place to be”. Mother’s telling their children they have to finish all of the steak. Father’s scolding their sons until they eat up every last bit of baked potato or a plate of savory pasta. I feel kinds sorry for kids that have to eat more than what they would natural go for, or have to choke down plates of carbs and dead animals carcasses because they are in “Training” on what to eat for the rest of their lives lead by their parents who were once children learning as well.
I remember when I use to live in Az, I went to a yard sale. Out by the drive way entrance was a citrus tree. I young girl and her mother approached the entrance to the sale when the little girl ran towards the tree with her arms open to pick the ripe juicy fruit dangling from the tree! The mother yelled at her daughter…..telling her to get away from there. She then went over and yanked the girl away from the tree, telling her she can’t have an orange right now.., hat they are going to go have lunch.
I see this sort of thing more often than I like to admit.
I use to waitress quite a bit at Terra Bella this past year and I would serve families with babies or small children. The same routine thing would happen. The family would sit at the table, order their foods, then whip out a lame box of cheerios in a canister or dried up Packaged Gerber cookie for the kid to knaw on. It just isn’t fair is it! One father asked me if we had any bread for his little baby. I said no….(even tho we did) but we have some juicy fresh pears I suggested politely. He declined on the fresh fruit, and ended up feeding his baby something out of the diaper bag. AAAkkk I felt so sorry for the little one having to eat junk…
Instead of lecturing parents on what is best for their children, I keep quiet and make suggestions when it is appropriate. They will find out…at least the parents are eating well. Hopefully it will shift to the children next.

I was very sleepy today. I could have laid in bed for another few hours. I will have to blame it on the fact I binged mindlessly on fruit pop cycles . Naughty naughty….Boy I am feeling the burn today. I almost feel as tho my light has been dimmed. I defiantly notice a shift in my attitude, mood and inner light. I can’t tell you what came over me other than a little demon..hehehhe It was like a crack head feeling! I was going nuts! I didn’t want fresh delicious juice….NO! I wanted sugar…Lesson learned.
It was hard to come into work today and begin juicing knowing that I had slipped a bit…..
I felt like I let myself down.
I am back on track tho! Back in the saddle folks! I choose The high vibe!
I tried to drink a second liter of green juice. .but got sick to my stomach, I only had half

Day 17 Breakfast!

Today around 1pm…I decided to break my magnificent juice feast! I was ready to bite into something! I was craving fatty foods such as avos, cheese....and my little wrist. Just kiddin! I felt clear and ready. I had a consultation with Molly Peppo who practices Dr Marshalls protocol from Premier research labs. I have been taking the supplements along with the juices and feeling amazing! She said my health has greatly improved, the traces of mercury and heavy metals are gone and that if I want to ween myself back to solids, it would be a good idea. I wasn’t sure how long to Juice..and I was feeling amazing, yet ready to eat again for now. For the longest time (ok days..hehehe) I had hardly a desire to eat. It was a toss up honestly.
I originally began this journey to break impulsive eating habits, clear up dental toxicity and get clear! All above are inline and I feel great!
I am excited to get back into more activities and training for marathons, runs, hikes and who knows what else!
From this day forward I am going to continue juicing greens, and eating more simply on a day to day basis. I want to eat good meals with proper breaks in between to let my body assimilate properly.
As far as the 92 day juice thing you ask?...perhaps I will join the masses on the Global Juice feast!
I feel great about my juicing and I plan to do more in the future!

1 hour jog, light lower body workout
11:30AM For breakfast I had 2 apples shredded with
1 TB soft raisins
Cinnamon
4 wild strawberries
2:30pm Lunch: Wild local greens, Spirulina-avo dressing, tomatoes, flax meal
5:30pm Dinner: same as lunch a few bites of raw cookies…a bit heavy.
No juices today unfortunately. I really wasn’t interested.
I realized also, that I do not have to fast to heal. I can heal slowly on a daily basis and nurish my cells and supporty my organs so I can heal sweetly!
