Day 77

Hi everyone,

I am still juicy as day 92 approaches. I haven't been blogging much mainly because I haven't been very communicative lately. I have been doing enemas for the last month or so also because the bms slowed down. I have been taking a internal parasite formula since day 60. Nothing major except that i have been coughing up tons of mucous and its been coming out of my nose too. I think this is related to the parasite cleanse. I also have been sweating a lot and that is unusual for me. I mean I sweat when I go to my spinning classes and when I do my yoga class but to just have sweat pouring off of me during my daily routine is unusual. I think this too is related to the cleanse.

As for juices I am having a challenge drinking green juices, I find them hard to drink. So I am drinking celery cucumber juice since I am able to drink it and watermelon juice.

I was going to juice feast for 100 days, but I think I will break my feast at day 92. If I don't count the breaking of my juice feast on March 25 and starting all over, I am over 100 days right now.

I am coming home in July this year for 15 days. My boyfriend Enrico wants the kids to see NYC and Washington DC, my home town. We will go to museums, a broadway show, cntral park. And in DC more museums, national monuments, maybe a national park.

Then in September I am flying into Phoenix and then I will drive up to Sedona for the Raw Spirit Festival. I really look forward to this trip as I really feel the need some time for me.
