Where to start - such a vast and broad question..., For a very long time I have been involved in the organic vegetarian food "movement" (since 1988 -with my families business) I had been a veg for most of that time along with 50% raw but alas I was thrown a curve ball and fell... off the wagon shall we say, during a very difficult time in my life.As of August of '07 my own young family and I once again found our true path and have been on the transformational journey of becoming "raw foodists" - Yea!! New world - new life it feels! I am here to seek the support of real and true companions in this journey- this quest to heal ourselves and save this world. Transformation is now.

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?

I have been having some significant health problems that are "mysteries" (or one person tells you this, another that,) and they want to do all these expensive tests, which at this point I am saying no thanks to, I KNOW I can heal if I do what my body needs, so I am seeking healing (OF ALL KINDS)so I can get a move on!

Excellent Films

What the Bleep Do We know - I felt much less crazy after watching that! Like water for chocolate - you should understand the power of what we put in our food and into our souls after watching that and the scenery was beautiful as well. Kama Sutra - A Tale of Love - because I have been there before and it was BEAUTIFUL.
