I'm 38 years old and committed to changing my life for the better. I go to gym daily and am looking forward to finally living the lifestyle I have long envisioned - high raw! I would love to start a family soon! My Juice Feast started on 1 February 2008 and I'm still going strong!

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
I am looking to heal my binge-eating and addiction to junk food. I know that this will start my weight loss off nicely and improve my fertility. I also foresee emotional healing taking place, because my normal way of dealing with things, eating, is being taken away!

When our bodies are healthy, and our hormones balanced, there is no reason why we can't have children later in life! I am glad that juice feasting is bringing you clarity in that decision.
In a way I think it's quite important for us, the people who are passionate about health and nutrition, to have children who can carry this message even further.
Hi Hanlie, I read your blog last night.. Wow you are such a gifted writer, you are a beautiful person both inside and out... and those photographs of your area...SA is soooo beautiful almost blindingly so. We have similar goals you and I sister, weight loss and conception. I am older than you though its time for me to really decide ....this juice feast is clarifying that for me . I feel truly blessed to have found you and your blog.

I am so grateful to you for sharing this concept with the world, because it is really changing every aspect of my life. I feel as if I'm giving birth to myself.
Hi Rawchi! I'm great! Recovering from a particularly bad flu (detox experience), but still going strong. I love juice feasting... It's just so simple, uncomplicated and nourishing and my body is responding beautifully!

If it's ok for me to join when I'm not living in SA anymore, I'd love that!
